2020 has certainly been an interesting year! But we are extremely proud of the community spirit and support our residents have displayed and we want to wish everyone a very happy and safe festive season.

Congratulations to everyone that participated in Manor Lakes Halloween Spooktacular, it was a lot of spooky fun! A huge thank you to our community that entered our competitions - house, family, pet and the amazing race. Your efforts have meant that we've raised over $5,000 for the Starlight Children's Foundation.

Local business is at the heart of every community and we are incredibly fortunate to have so many great local businesses, services and organisations at Manor Lakes!

Now, more than ever, we need to support our local enterprises, so each month we are going to profile one of the terrific ventures operating in our estate.

Thank you to our Manor Lakes community for making the first, Dancing in the Street event a HUGE success!  On Saturday 30th May, the sun shone brightly and the streets of Manor were filled with happy tunes and happy residents as they came out of their homes and showed off their dance moves.  We even had a few special appearances from Batman and Catwoman, Lugio, a rainbow princess, policeman and a couple of dancing gardeners.  Here's just a few pics from the event, but keep a look out for the video coming soon.  Again, thank you to our groovers for making the event such a fun and memorable da

Ranfurlie Asset Management, Dennis Family’s retail and commercial division, opened the Stage 2 redevelopment of Manor Lakes Central activity centre in Melbourne’s west on Thursday, 7 May 2020. The redevelopment doubles the centre’s size to approximately 20,000 m² of gross lettable area.
