“Gardening helps you to forget all of your pressure and stresses. The colours of the plants are soothing, and growing trees and plants attracts birds, butterflies and other wildlife. It makes you feel part of nature,” Bhaumik shares.
The Village masterplan has been carefully designed to provide flexibility, choice and affordable land and housing options.
By encouraging a variety of housing, a unique character will be brought to the neighbourhood. There will be a variety of options from land and house and land packages to choose from. Plus there will be a selection of turnkey townhomes that have been designed by a team of professional interior designers and the build process will be overseen by the builder. All you need to do is move in and add your own personal touch.
