Construction of the Bunnings Warehouse store at Manor Lakes Park Hub is underway!  

Ground works commenced in late 2024, and the builder is constructing the steel frame in preparation for the scheduled store opening later this year. 

Petstock has already been confirmed as the second tenant to follow Bunnings. A petrol station and a handful of other prominent retailers are also planned. These additional retailers would open incrementally into early 2026. 

“We are delighted to confirm that we are in discussions with a number of different retailers regarding Manor Lakes Park Hub,” said Ranfurlie Asset Management CEO, Cameron Male. 

“We anticipate being able to make some definitive announcements in the next couple of months.” 

One fully operational, Manor Lakes Park Hub is expected to accommodate around 6 retail tenants and generate more than 350 jobs for local workers.
