Stge 190 and 191 construction continues with titles expected Q4, 2023.

Stage 196 construction is complete, with final authority approvals imminent.

Stage 197,198, 199 construction continues with titles expected Q4, 2023.

Meanwhile in stages 194, 195 and 182 homes are under construction.

The Village Reserve is progressing well.

LAKESIDE

Construction at Lakeside is complete for Stages 53 and 157. Final authority approvals are currently being collated.
