Have you met Aida?

Having many years’ experience working for a volume builder, Aida commenced at Dennis Family Corporation nearly three years ago, excited to develop her skills across residential developments. Starting her role with a short stint at Manor Lakes before moving to the Modeina estate, Aida is excited to be back as part of the Manor Lakes community.

“I am project proud…I love the size of the Manor Lakes project and the diversity of the two neighbourhoods it comprises, there is such a strong close-knit community at Manor Lakes.”

Aida enjoys the aspect of getting to know families as they embark on the journey of finding the right block and house design to fit their lifestyle and budget. “For me, the key is ensuring I understand the needs of each customer, be it a first home buyer or those purchasing for a second or third time, and making sure I find them a great block and a great house design to support their lifestyle now and into the future.”

Having moved to Australia from Bosnia when she was 12 years old without knowing anyone or having any extended family in Australia, Aida especially enjoys helping families recently settled in Australia to find their new home. “Because my story is so similar to many families I meet, I appreciate the importance of what it means to them to find a community to call their own.”

One aspect of the Manor Lakes community close to Aida’s heart is the diverse range of cultures “I love to cook - especially European /Mediterranean food, so I love to learn about people, their cultures and cuisines during the sales process.”

Aida’s other passion is fitness and during her free time loves being outdoors with her two boys aged 11 and 13, or boxing which she does three times a week with a coach. “I am a fitness fanatic, so another aspect of Manor Lakes which I love is that the estate has the perfect mix out outdoor spaces and amenities that suits my active lifestyle – so much so I would love to live here one day!”
