Little Buddies is a non-profit, community-owned service operating within the City of Wyndham run by a volunteer committee and supported through a Wyndham City Council Community grant. Established in 1998 by two young mothers who first heard about the concept of a toy library at a play group conference, it’s grown a bit since then! With three 3 branches located in Werribee, Manor Lakes and Point Cook, today, the Toy Library has amassed a collection of over 3,000 toys suitable for children from 0 – 8 years old, providing over 500 families right across the City of Wyndham with access to a great selection of safe, clean, age-appropriate toys – including everything from outdoor toys to STEM toys, that can help children learn and develop through play. Even better, do so knowing you’re reducing clutter and practicing sustainability – all while meeting the changing needs of your children by rotating toys through your home every fortnight.
