Stage 173 | Manor Lakes

Further to our recent correspondence in October, we are writing to provide an update on the progress of construction for Stage 173 at Manor Lakes. We previously advised we were presently undertaking authority compliance and commissioning process for the sewer, water, telecommunications and electrical services. Due to delays to this compliance process out of our control and the forth coming Christmas and New Year shutdown affecting authority and construction resources we now anticipate statement of compliance in December 2019.

As such and given the titles office will be closed for the Christmas and New Year period, we anticipate titles on Stage 173 to be issued in January 2020.
