Manor Lakes Community Fund 2024

The 2024 Manor Lakes Community Fund is now open!

Eligible not-for-profit groups can now apply for a financial grant of $1,500* to support their local community project.

Since its inception, the annual Community Fund initiative by Dennis Family Corporation has distributed over $950,000 to local groups across their estates in Victoria and South East Queensland. In 2023, twenty community and not-for-profit groups from around the Manor Lakes area in $30,000 worth of grants from the Manor Lakes Community Fund.

"The fund has assisted a broad cross-section of the Manor Lakes community to help make numerous programs and projects possible. We're proud to continue supporting local communities by providing financial assistance in areas where we operate our business, and our Community Fund presentation nights have become an annual highlight for us and the many not-for-profit groups that we assist", said Dennis Family Group Director, Grant Dennis.

Is my group eligible?
To be eligible, applicants must

  • Be a not-for-profit organisation
  • Provide a service within the following postcodes  3024, 3029 and 3030
  • Make only one application to the Manor Lakes Community Fund each year.

*Dennis Family Corporation will appoint an independent judging panel to consider each eligible application for a grant from the Community Fund. For each eligible application the panel may decide, at its absolute discretion, to either award a grant from the Community Fund pool ($1,500) or to refuse the application. Applications open at 9:00am on Friday 1 September 2023 and close at 5:00pm on Saturday 30 September 2023. Any unawarded funds after all application decisions have been made may remain in the Community Fund to be applied to future grants. To be eligible for consideration by the judging panel, applicants must be a not-for-profit organisation who provide a service within the boundaries of postcodes Manor Lakes, Wyndham Vale, Werribee and Hoppers Crossing. Only one application to the Manor Lakes Community Fund may be lodged per applicant each year. DFC (Project Management) Pty Ltd is the Project Manager for the Manor Lakes Estate.
