Alyx and Annetha, both part of the Manor Lakes Land Sales team, have had plenty of calls that fall outside their regular remit.

Who’s that person from the Council I need to talk to?

“Unfortunately, we can’t give you a haircut, but we can sell you a block of land,” Alyx says, smiling.

Annetha, a Sales Consultant with more than 10 years experience at Manor Lakes, says they have a bit of fun with it, while trying to answer any of the questions residents might ask.

“A lot of the time people expect that you’d know because you’ve sold them a block of land for their new house, and helped to introduce them to the local area,” Annetha says.
