Community Fund reaches $500k milestone!

The Manor Lakes Community Fund this year passed the $500,000 mark in grants awarded across its 22-year history!

Grants from the 2025 Manor Lakes Community Fund were announced and awarded at a presentation evening hosted by the Dennis Family Corporation at the Manor Lakes Land Sales Centre on 30th October

This year, a total of 20 local not-for-profit groups shared in an aggregate tally of $30,000 in funding, receiving $1,500 each.

“The amount we awarded this year was enough for us to surpass the half million-dollar milestone at Manor Lakes, which is an amazing achievement,” Dennis Family Corporation Marketing Manager, Melissa Munro said.

“The Dennis Family has been giving back through the Community Fund initiative at various estate projects in Victoria and South East Queensland since 2002 and has distributed well over one million dollars in that time. For almost half of that tally to have been awarded at Manor Lakes alone is a great testament to the scale of this project and its importance within our development portfolio.”

When accepting their grant this year, representatives of each of the successful groups took a few moments to provide the audience with a snapshot of their activity in the community and what specific project or use they intend to direct their funding towards.

“We were proud to once again be able to help so many wonderful projects possible this year,” Melissa added.
