Over 20 years, the Manor Lakes Community Fund has awarded over $400,000 in funding to a variety of recipients across all facets of the community, including sporting groups, schools, cultural organisations, senior citizens groups and health services.

The Community Fund initiative was inspired by the vision of Dennis Family Corporation Founder, Bert Dennis, as a way of giving back to the communities that the company creates.

To date, over $1.2 million has been distributed across Dennis Family Corporation’s residential developments in Melbourne and Queensland, since the concept was introduced in the early 2000s.
