Since opening in 2020 as part of the Manor Lakes Central Shopping Centre expansion, Anytime Fitness Manor Lakes has established itself as a leading fitness destination for the local community.
Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the club offers residents the convenience of training on their own schedule; whether that’s before work, after school drop-off or late at night.
As part of the world’s largest gym network, members also gain access to more than 5,500 Anytime Fitness clubs globally, including over 600 across Australia (100+ in Victoria).

A single membership fob, or the AF App, allows entry to any club worldwide, providing flexibility for travel or relocation.

The facility features a full range of strength and cardio equipment, including industry-leading Hammer Strength approved Strength Zone, along with an elevated mezzanine and a huge cardio theatre that adds space during peak times.
During staffed hours, a team of qualified Elite Coaches are available to assist members with personalised programming and guidance. Complimentary classes; including boxing, strength, circuit and flexibility sessions are also available.
New members are invited to attend a complimentary Planning and Strategy Session (PASS), which includes a consultation with a coach and access to the club’s body composition scanner to help track muscle mass, body fat and overall progress.
The club’s 24/7 monitored security system ensures members feel safe training at any hour. Membership is available from age 14, with supervised access for younger members until age 16.
Flexible membership options are available, including weekly direct debit or upfront payment.
Members also receive access to the AF App and exclusive Purple Perks benefits, which provide discounts across a range of brands.
Located at one of the main entry points to Manor Lakes Central, the club has become more than just a gym, it is a growing hub for health, well-being and community connection.

About Manor Lakes Central
The centre is home to Kmart, Coles, Best&Less, Anytime Fitness, Kingswim, plus over 40 specialty retailers spanning fresh food, groceries, homewares, variety, dining, services, beauty and medical. Drive through McDonald’s, KFC and Hungry Jacks also feature as pad sites at the centre.
Manor Lakes Central underwent a full refurbishment and expansion early 2020 which doubled its retail space and added amenities such as alfresco dining, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a community room, parent facilities and a 890 space car park.
